“As a Naturopathic Doctor practicing Functional Medicine, Power 2 Practice has been invaluable to our patient care management and medical record keeping process. Vitamin supplements and nutrient IVs are a large part of my practice, and in the past have been the hardest items to document in an EMR systems. The use of IV templates in P2P for charting purposes are unlike any I’ve seen and have dramatically cut down on charting time for myself and my staff. This also allows to be sure our charting is as complete and accurate as possible. Additionally, an extensive database of supplements are already uploaded in the system making it very easy to add these times to patient charts and treatment plans.
The lab ordering system has made it so easy to order all of the Specialty Labs I use. My staff and I love how we can easily check on what lab tests are being ordered, need to be completed and are still pending. This helps immensely with patient tracking and management.
I love the online patient portal as it makes it so easy for the patient to complete their intake questionnaire before their visit. The best part is this questionnaire auto-populates into their patient chart resulting in less time in office at the first visit and less charting for me. I also appreciate the fact that patients can email me questions directly through the portal and that it is documented in their chart automatically.
The TASK feature is another one of my favorite aspects of Power2Practice as it allows my staff and I to quickly and easily communicate about patient care. This helps streamline patient care management, improves with patient retention and customer service, and is all tracked with in the patient’s chart. This way I feel that nothing is slipping through the cracks and my patients are always being taken care of.
The other feature of P2P that we have loved is their incredible customer service. With our subscription we received hours of training to make sure we were fully up to speed with all the features. And any time we have a question, our implementation specialist, Kelly has been great. She always gets back to us via email or phone call to help answer our questions and make sure we are efficiently utilizing the system.”
