Help Patients Adapt to Stress

Restoring normal cortisol output in response to stress usually requires a combination of therapies such as lifestyle changes and nutritional supplementation.

Since it’s often difficult to completely eliminate the stressors of everyday life, one of the best ways to help the body adapt to stress is with adaptogens, which can help normalize the cortisol curve over time.
