Announcing the Ability to Easily Unlock a Patient from the Patient Portal
With this latest feature, you will now be able to easily unlock your patients from the portal, from the appointment window or from within their chart. This feature will release 3 new icons to signify a patient’s portal status: red, gray and green.
The red icon indicates that the patient is locked out of their portal. By clicking on this icon, you can navigate to the patient’s information screen to:
- Unlock the patient from the portal without changing their password. This will provide them with 3 attempts to log in to the portal.
- Unlock the patient from the portal and change their password. You can provide them with a new temporary password they can use to log in.
The gray icon indicates that the patient has not yet registered for the patient portal.
The green icon indicates that the patient has successfully registered for the patient portal.
