Introducing…Customize Appointment Reminder Duration
To prepare yourself for this feature, we have provided a Training Video for you to review.
In this latest release, you will now have the ability to configure:
- When an appointment reminder is sent to a patient
- If you’d like an appointment reminder sent out to your patients
- Multiple appointment reminders to be sent for the same appointment to the patient
- Stopping appointment reminders from being sent after the patient has confirmed the appointment
All of these can be setup by each individual appointment type.
