Suzanne Somers is an iconic figure in America, best known for her blond bombshell roles in TV shows such as “Step by Step” and “Three’s Company.” But, did you know that she is now a tireless health advocate and that she has authored 27 books on natural health topics?

After battling breast cancer using a natural approach (and winning!) 20 years ago, Suzanne became an advocate for natural approaches to health and wellness. She is passionate about educating the public on a variety of natural health topics, from healthy aging and BHRT to weight loss and cancer. Furthermore, she openly favors Integrative, Environmental and Functional Medicine treatment approaches.

On March 2nd, 2017, Suzanne appeared in a Fox Business segment that focused on health care reform under the Trump administration. During the interview, she said that she would like to have a meeting with the new Health Secretary, Tom Price, “to make provisions for those of us—and there are thousands and thousands of us—who want to take the natural option and have that covered by insurance.”

Thank you Suzanne Somers! According to Yahoo, the interview got over 3500 reactions and sparked a great deal of online debate, in addition to 400+ shares. Click here to watch her interview on Fox Business…

We are so grateful that Suzanne Somers is going to bat for Integrative and Functional Medicine, and we are honored to be hosting a webinar with her, later this month!
